Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) — Full Item Detail

One row per SDMX series per observation period from the ECB Data Portal's HICP dataflow. The harmonised index of consumer prices for euro area countries and aggregates at full COICOP item detail: index levels, annual and monthly rates of change, and country weights, monthly from 1996 (some series to the 1980s). Contains 13,076,070 observations. Columns: `series_key` (the full SDMX series key encoding the flow's dimensions), `time_period` (the observation period), `value` (the numeric observation), `freq` (SDMX frequency code), `title` (human-readable series name), `unit` (ECB unit code), `obs_status` (observation status).
